A statement from Kevin S. Miller
President and CEO of Addition Financial Credit Union
Re: Recent banking systems conversion

March 2, 2026

As our membership and residents in the communities we serve are aware, we recently merged Envision Credit Union into Addition Financial Credit Union. Today marks a significant milestone as we complete our systems conversion to fully welcome former Envision members into Addition Financial. We know some members in North Florida and South Georgia have experienced challenges today and we understand that change can be frustrating – especially when it is something as important as accessing your money. For those that have experienced challenges online, over the phone or in a local branch, we sincerely apologize.

Our teams have been working around the clock to support members through this transition. We are actively increasing phone system capacity to reduce wait times, and we have additional team members in all branches to offer in-person assistance to any member who visits during business hours -- including issuance of a debit card.

Our online banking platform is functioning normally and is the easiest and quickest way to check balances and access any funds. We are assisting any members who need help logging in for the first time. We also encourage members to visit our Systems Conversion resource page at AdditionFi.com/conversion, where many common questions are addressed with step-by-step guidance.

We are deeply grateful to our members for their patience and trust during this transition. Our commitment is to ensure every member feels supported, heard, and confident in their financial partnership with Addition Financial. We will continue working as quickly and thoughtfully as possible to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.
