Systems Conversion Guidebook
A guidebook was mailed on January 13, 2026, to North Florida and South Georgia members, providing important information about systems conversion. In case you did not receive the guidebook, please see here for a digital version.
Change in Terms Notification
If you are signed up for electronic statements (eStatements), you received a “Notice of changes to account disclosures, terms and conditions, and fees” in your December eStatement. Otherwise, this notice was included in your Systems Conversion Guidebook mailing on January 13. However, please see here for a digital version of the notice.

Important Dates to Know
Saturday, January 31
- Last day to open new accounts (e.g., checking, loans, etc.) and order new debit cards within the legacy Envision CU banking system prior to March 1.
February 13 - 10AM (EST)
- 10:00 am EST is the cutoff for new online banking users to register to access legacy online banking via desktop and the Envision CU mobile app.
- 10:00 am EST is the cutoff for new bill pay users to register for the service.

- All branch locations and the Contact Center will be closed during this systems conversion period.
- Online banking and bill pay will be unavailable during this systems conversion period. You will not be able to log-in, check balances, transfer funds, view checks or transactions or use online banking in any way.

If your current member number is 7 or more digits, it will not change. If your current member number is 6 or fewer digits, your member number will change to a 7-digit number. For example, if your current member number is 123, your new member number will change to 1000123. Coming soon to your mailbox: All members will receive their member number by mail in late January or early February 2026, even if their member number is not changing.

If you banked with Addition Financial prior to the merger with Envision Credit Union, you will continue to have distinct membership accounts on our core banking system.

Each of your existing savings, checking and loan accounts that were opened on Envision Credit Union’s legacy banking system will receive new account numbers. These updates are a part of our systems conversion to ensure your accounts remain secure and accessible. Coming soon to your mailbox: All account number(s) will be mailed to members in late January or early February 2026, and will be visible upon logging into the new online banking experience for the first time on
March 2, 2026. -
Yes. On March 1, 2026, your new routing number will be 263181384. Please use this new routing number for any future transactions on March 1 and beyond.

Yes. Your statements will look different following the systems conversion on March 2, 2026. The Addition Financial logo will be on your statements, along with a slight difference in the formatting for your monthly activity. Otherwise, all account information you’re used to seeing will continue to be there.

If you are currently signed up for electronic statements, your previous statements, such as any mortgage, credit card and member statements, will appear within your new online banking experience.

If you have automatic payments/transfers/recurring withdrawals - including any payments made through online bill pay - they will continue to process as normal.
Scheduled recurring deposits will process as normal through August 31, 2026. However, after the systems conversion, we recommend that you take the early opportunity to update your payers with your new Addition Financial account number/s and routing number in advance of August 31 to ensure ample time for the update to take effect.

You may continue to use your existing Envision Credit Union checks until August 31, 2026. However, we recommend that you take the early opportunity to order new Addition Financial checks in advance of August 31.

Some Envision Credit Union products will convert to Addition Financial products following the systems conversion. Please review the Change in Terms document enclosed with this guide1 for a complete list of products that are changing.

Your existing loan agreements and terms will remain the same, including your rate, payment, balance, and repayment schedule. If you make your loan payments at a branch or by mail, you will be mailed a loan payment coupon book for payment remittance.

Your deposits will continue to be federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to $250,000 per individual depositor.

Your current beneficiary designations will remain unchanged. There is no action required on your part unless you wish to make future updates.

As of March 1st Glia will be getting an upgrade and will not be available. Stay tuned for more details.

Your existing TruStage Insurance coverage will continue without interruption. All policies, benefits, and contact information for TruStage will stay the same.

You will be able to use your existing Envision Credit Union debit card through February 28, 2026. You will receive an Addition Financial debit card, as part of the systems conversion. This new debit card will arrive by mail before March 1, 2026. With your Addition Financial debit card, you will continue to enjoy the same benefits, including fraud protection and convenient ATM access.
IMPORTANT: Once your new card arrives, you will not be able to activate it until March 1. Please continue to use your current Envision debit card through February 28 and activate your new card on March 1. Your Envision debit card will no longer work, as of March 1.

In the unexpected event you don’t receive your Addition Financial debit card prior to March, the following branches will be able to print a replacement debit card for you:

Yes. When you activate your new card you will be prompted to set up a new PIN number.

If you have a Complete Checking, Courtesy Pay Checking or Fresh Start Checking account, you will continue to earn rewards with debit card purchases. The link to the rewards website will be included in your new online banking experience.

Yes. Once you have activated your Addition Financial debit card, please be sure to load it to your digital wallet for convenient and secure payments with online, in-app and point-of-sale transactions. If you currently use your Envision Credit Union debit card as default payment for subscriptions services, utilities, payment apps and your favorite online merchants, you will need to update your card-on-file to ensure that future payments process normally.

Yes. Please ensure your contact information is correct within the My Settings section of your current online banking, including email address, mobile phone number, and mailing address. This will ensure you don’t miss any important notifications.
Please Note: A valid email address will be required to access your new Online Banking on March 2. You will not be able to use the same email address as another member.

Yes. If you do not have an email address currently listed within the My Settings section of your current Online Banking, please add one. A valid email address will be required to access your new Online Banking when it launches in March. Additionally, you will not be able to use the same email address as another member.

On March 2, 2026, you can log into your new online banking experience in the following ways:
Desktop: Visit AdditionFi.com and click on the ‘Account Log In’ button at the top of the page or directly visit AdditionFi.com/Login.
Mobile App: You will need to download the Addition Financial app from your respective app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). Your previous Envision Credit Union mobile app will no longer work, as of March 2, 2026.

If you were previously a registered user of Envision’s online banking in 2025, then beginning on March 2, 2026, you will log into new online banking with your current online banking user name and password. You will then be prompted to follow the instructions on the screen.

No. You will need to refer to previous account statements for transaction history prior to March 2, 2026. If you are signed up for electronic statements, you will be able to access, within your new online banking experience, previous electronic statements issued prior to March 2.

You will have a new, upgraded Bill Center with many convenient features to help you manage and set up payments.

Yes. If you are currently signed up for electronic statements, you will be able to access past statements that were previously delivered to you in Envision’s online banking system.

Yes. However, to use Zelle® within your new online banking, you will need to re-enroll in the service.
