Who can join Addition Financial?

 

Addition Financial’s field of membership is based on a community charter.  Anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or vocational training, or is an alum of any college, university, or educational institution located in these Florida and Georgia counties. Florida counties - Alachua, Bay, Brevard, Calhoun, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Hamilton, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Holmes, Indian River, Jackson, Jefferson, Lake, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Manatee, Marion, Martin, Okaloosa, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putman, Sarasota, Seminole, St. Lucie, St. Johns, Sumter, Suwannee, Volusia, Wakulla, Walton, and  Washington. Georgia counties - Brooks, Decatur, Grady, Mitchell, and Thomas. If you become a member of Addition Financial, your immediate family members are automatically eligible to join.

1Current Member Referral Promotion Terms: This promotional offer is available to current Addition Financial Credit Union (“Credit Union”) members who are currently in good standing with the Credit Union (“Current Members”). Eligible Current Members are those who: a) are over the age of eighteen (18), b) presently own a Credit Union account with a positive balance, and c) have no history of delinquencies or charge-offs. The one hundred dollar ($100) referral bonus is available when a Current Member refers a “New Member” who: a) is over the age of eighteen (18), AND b) qualifies for Credit Union membership (www.additionfi.com/membership-counties), AND c) is a primary resident of Florida, AND d) successfully completes a new member account card, AND e) is opening their first Savings and Checking accounts (“Accounts”) at the Credit Union; opening new student checking accounts are not eligible. This offer is limited to a maximum of six (6) referrals (for a total of six hundred dollars [$600.00]) per Current Member. Most promotion payments will be paid to Current Members within five (5) business days of the date a qualifying New Member opens their Accounts. This promotion continues until cancelled by the Credit Union and may change without notice.

2New Member Promotion Terms: The new account promotion is not available to existing Addition Financial Credit Union (“Credit Union”) members or to those whose Credit Union accounts have been closed within the past ninety (90) days or were previously closed with a negative balance. To receive the promotional payment(s), a new member must: a) be over the age of 18 (eighteen); AND b) meet Credit Union membership eligibility requirements (www.additionfi.com/membership-counties); AND c) be a primary resident of Florida, AND d) open new Savings and Checking accounts (“Accounts”), which are subject to approval, and keep the Accounts active for at least ninety (90) days; opening new student checking accounts are not eligible. AND e) complete each of the activities associated with the desired promotional payments listed above within ninety (90) days of opening the Accounts (collectively, The “Promotion Requirements”). To be eligible for the promotion, the new Accounts, cards, and/or loans must not be closed or restricted at the time of payout. The appropriate promotional payment will be deposited into your new account within thirty (30) days after you complete the Promotion Requirements. This promotion continues until cancelled by the Credit Union and may change without notice.

3All qualified direct deposits must be from an employer, a federal/state government agency, or a retirement benefits administrator. Direct deposits do not include deposits made by an individual through online banking or internet payment providers such as PayPal or Venmo.
