It’s been nearly two months since Envision Credit Union merged into Addition Financial and we couldn’t be more excited to serve your banking needs through every stage of your financial journey.

Your banking experience matters to us, which is why we wanted to provide some guidance on how to bank, according to what products you've opened. Please read the information below.

How to access your accounts while we actively work to merge our core banking systems.

One of the things we are still working on is merging our core banking systems. What this means is that temporarily any accounts you open directly at AdditionFi.com/ECU (or at your local branch) will be on a separate system than accounts you open at AdditionFi.com.

While we are operating on separate banking systems, please note the following:

  • For accounts opened prior to the merger, or accounts you've since opened at AdditionFi.com/ECU:
    • Only South Georgia and North Florida branches will be able to assist you with these accounts.
    • AdditionFi.com/ECU is where you’ll log in to online banking to manage these accounts.

  • For accounts you've opened at AdditionFi.com, following the merger:
    • Only our Central Florida branches will be able to assist you with these accounts.
    • AdditionFi.com is where you’ll log in to online banking to manage these accounts.

  • Need help?
    • Our Contact Center is available at 800-771-9411 (Option #1), and will be able to assist you with all of your accounts.*
    • Please see Contact Center hours at the bottom of this page.
    • *Please let the team member know if you have opened accounts directly at AdditionFi.com.

Unified banking experience coming soon!

Soon, we’ll share additional details with you about our planned banking systems merger that will take place in early 2026. Once we have merged our separate banking systems, you will be able to have all your accounts serviced at any Addition Financial branch and you’ll have access to all of your accounts through a single Digital Banking experience.
