Increase Debit & Credit Card Usage Giveaway Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY:

To enter the SWIPE TO WIN PROMOTION GIVEAWAY, contestants must be (a) a debit and/or credit card holder at Addition Financial, (b) a legal United States resident of Florida with a unique, personal and valid social security number at time of entering this drawing, and (c) have an account in good standing. Employees and volunteers of Addition Financial (the “Sponsor”), their affiliated companies, parent, subsidiaries, service partners, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their IRS dependents, immediate families (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this drawing.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES.

By participating in the Promotion, the participant ("Entrant") fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrators, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. The award of a prize is contingent upon Entrant complying with all conditions and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:

Card holder must conduct at least one transaction using their Addition Financial debit and/or credit card during the drawing weeks specified below during the promotional period. For each transaction the card holder conducts during this promotion, it will qualify as an entry.

This drawing runs from 12:01 AM, September 1, 2020 through 11:59 PM, November 1, 2020.

One winner from each week listed above will be chosen and notified by the following dates:

One (1) overall grand prize winner will be selected from all of the above entries and will be notified by Friday, November 13, 2020.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

The winner (“Selected Entrant”), randomly selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries, will be announced according to the schedule set forth above. The Selected Entrant will be notified by an Addition Financial employee. The winner may be required to verify his/her name, age, email address and mailing address prior to issuance of prize. Selected Entrant may be required to return a declaration of eligibility/liability publicity release which, unless otherwise prohibited by law, must be returned within a reasonable time, and generally seventy-two (72) hours, to receive Prize. Non-compliance within this time frame for any reason whatsoever, or if any Selected Entrant cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or if Selected Entrant is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable may result in the entrant being disqualified and an alternate Selected Entrant will be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Neither Sponsor, nor any of its employees, representatives or agencies, is responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. Contestants need not be present to win. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

PRIZES:

Each weekly winner will receive a $100 account deposit. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and any other expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize, if applicable. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Prizes are not transferable prior to award. All taxes related to the acceptance of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners and are not transferable.

We will also choose a grand prize winner at the end of this promotion and that selected winner will win a $2,500 account deposit.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Limit one prize per winner during each Weekly Drawing Period. The potential Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release and other documents including but not limited to tax documents, as applicable, except where prohibited by law. Such documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If a potential prize winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing by the Sponsor from the remaining entries. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification for that winner, and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Drawing will be the sole responsibility of the winners. Potential winners must report income to the Internal Revenue Service. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that a potential winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the prize, than that potential winner will be disqualified and another winner selected. Except where prohibited by law, a winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Drawing Entities to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information and voice on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Winner agrees to be available at their own expense to retrieve their prize at one of Addition Financial’s branch locations.

If a winner has an Addition Financial account that is delinquent or past due, they will be disqualified and their Entry will be voided.

DRAWING CONTEST CONDITIONS:

This drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants and their participating entities agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the drawing or these Official Rules. Drawing Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, illegible, or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the drawing or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Drawing Entities. If for any reason this drawing is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the drawing Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY:

By entering, entrants and the Prize winners agree to comply with all Official Rules, as stated and agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the drawing Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this drawing as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any drawing related activity or participation in this drawing.
