• Unexpired government issued ID (i.e. Driver's License or State ID or Passport)
• Your complete physical address
• E-mail address
• Social Security Number

If you're not currently a member of Addition Financial, you will also need:

• Eligibility: anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or vocational training, or is an alumni of any college, university, or educational institution located in a qualifying county*
• Payment ready for a $10 membership fee and $5 minimum balance in share savings

*Qualifying Florida counties: Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Alachua, Brevard, Duval, Flagler, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Indian River, Manatee, Marion, Martin, Okeechobee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, St. Johns, St. Lucie, Sumter, or Volusia.
